Our Pawsonal Services

Pawsonal Services will provide your pets with food, exercise, love and attention when you are unable to be there, whether they are cats, dogs, small animals (rabbits & guinea pigs etc.) or fish. We will do our best to accommodate other types of pets so please call us for a discussion about your individual requirements.

Before confirming any booking Pawsonal Services will come to your home and carry out a free consultation with you, the owner, and meet your pet(s). This gives you the peace of mind that your pets and property are being left in safe hands and, it enables us to ensure that we can provide the required level of service in your absence.

Pet Sitting

Pawsonal Services will visit your pets either once or twice a day for whatever length of time you are away. Each visit will be either 15 mins or 25-30 mins and during that time we will ensure that your pets are fed and watered, litter trays/cages cleaned etc and of course, we will give your pets lots of love and attention.

Also whilst there, we will check the property to ensure it is still secure, turn lights on and off and draw curtains to make your home look lived in. We will pick up your post and even water your plants!

Not only can you be confident in the knowledge that your animals are being given plenty of attention in familiar surroundings and with little disruption to their normal routine but, you benefit from knowing that someone is keeping an eye on the house whilst you are away.

All client keys are locked in a safe when not in use and they are coded to ensure anonymity.

Dog Walking

Giving your dog regular exercise can be difficult when out at work all day, or if you are unexpectedly called away from home, hospitalised or if you are elderly or infirm.

Pawsonal Services will collect and deliver your dog(s) from your home and take them for a 45 min walk in a safe, secure environment which is well away from busy roads (eg, Windsor Great Park , Black Park or Burnham Beeches).

Your dog(s) will get a really good run around with other dogs - guaranteed to wear them out and great for socialization!

No more than 4 dogs (per walker) are taken out together at a time.

Dogs are transported to walks by car in individual, secure cages (see picture below).

Pet Transportation

Do you need to get your pet(s) somewhere but are unable to transport them yourself? Whether you are at work, unable to drive, or you can't find a taxi firm that will transport your animals, Pawsonal Services will collect your pets from you and deliver them to any requested destination. All pets will be transported in appropriate secure carriers/cages which are provided by Pawsonal Services at no extra charge.

Vet Visits

If you are unable to fulfill a veterinary appointment due to work or other commitments, Pawsonal Services will collect and deliver your pets from your home, attend the vets on your behalf and, if required, provide you with a written report of the consultation and advice given by the vet.

NB: Pawsonal Services is not responsible for the payment of any veterinary bills. Pawsonal Services will only pay vet bills on your behalf if arrangements are made in advance and a deposit is paid. If this is not done then separate arrangements for payment of treatment must be made with the vet directly prior to any visit made by Pawsonal Services.
